We are receiving reports of delayed USDT deposits via the TRC-20 (Tron) network. Some users report deposits not appearing in their Clova wallet after 30+ minutes, while the standard confirmation time is 1-3 minutes. We are investigating whether this is a network-side issue or an internal indexing problem. ERC-20 USDT deposits are unaffected. Please use ERC-20 for urgent deposits until resolved.

Our gift card verification partner experienced intermittent timeouts affecting approximately 15% of card submissions. Affected users saw longer-than-usual verification times (5-10 minutes instead of the normal 10-60 seconds). Manual verification was available as a fallback. The partner has identified the root cause as a capacity issue and is scaling their infrastructure.

CoinGecko's free-tier API experienced elevated rate limiting between 14:22 and 15:47 UTC. During this period, crypto prices in the calculator and phone mockup updated with delays of 2-5 minutes instead of the usual 30 seconds. Trading was unaffected as we switched to backup price sources. We have implemented redundant pricing to prevent future occurrences.
