Getting Started
Visit clova.cc/app, click "Sign Up," and enter your email and password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account. Then complete KYC by uploading a valid government-issued ID and a selfie. Verification typically takes 5-15 minutes.
iOS: Open clova.cc/app in Safari → tap the Share icon → scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen" → tap Add. Android: Open clova.cc/app in Chrome → tap the three-dot menu → tap "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen" → confirm. Clova works like a native app with push notifications and offline support.
You need a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and a clear selfie. The ID must show your full name, date of birth, and photo. Documents must be in English or accompanied by a certified translation.
Clova is available in 150+ countries including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, UK, USA, Canada, India, and most of Europe and Asia. We do not operate in OFAC-sanctioned countries or jurisdictions where crypto trading is explicitly prohibited.
Go to Wallet → Deposit → select the crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL) → copy your unique deposit address or scan the QR code. Send from your external wallet to this address. Deposits are credited after network confirmations (1-6 blocks depending on the coin). Always verify the network matches — sending on the wrong network may result in permanent loss.
Crypto Trading
Ensure BTC is in your Clova wallet → go to Sell → select BTC → enter the amount → choose payout method (USD bank transfer, USDT, or other crypto) → confirm. The trade executes at the current market rate. Funds arrive in under 60 seconds for crypto payouts, 5-30 minutes for bank transfers.
Crypto trading fee is a flat 0.1% for both maker and taker orders. There are zero deposit fees. Withdrawal fees vary by network (e.g., BTC ~$1-5, ETH ~$2-10, SOL ~$0.01). Bank transfer payouts are free. See our Terms of Service for full fee schedule.
Deposits require a minimum number of network confirmations: BTC (2 confirmations, ~20 min), ETH (12 confirmations, ~3 min), USDT (20 confirmations on Ethereum, 6 on TRC-20), SOL (1 confirmation, ~1 sec). Check the transaction hash on a block explorer. If still missing after 2 hours, contact support with your TX hash.

Gift Cards
Go to Sell → Gift Cards → select the brand → enter the card value → upload a clear photo of the card (front and back, with scratch PIN revealed if applicable) → submit. Our system verifies the card automatically. Once verified, you'll receive your payout in USDT, BTC, or bank transfer within minutes.
Common reasons: card has already been redeemed or partially used, card photo is blurry or incomplete, PIN is not visible, card was purchased with a stolen credit card, card is from a restricted region, or card value doesn't match your submission. If you believe this is an error, contact support with your transaction ID.

Account & Security
Go to Settings → Security → Enable 2FA → scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy → enter the 6-digit code to confirm. Save your backup codes in a secure location. If you lose your 2FA device, you'll need backup codes to regain access.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen → enter your registered email → you'll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour → set a new password. If you have 2FA enabled, you'll also need your authenticator code. If you've lost both your password and 2FA device, contact support with your KYC documents for manual verification.
Go to Settings → Account → Request Account Deletion. You must withdraw all remaining balances first. Your KYC data is retained for 5 years per regulatory requirements, but all other data is deleted within 30 days. This action is irreversible. Contact support if you need assistance.
